JULIA BARNETT 

(Writer, Director, Actor) 

Her acting credits include NashvilleFear the Walking Dead, and Law & Order: SVU. Barnett made her directorial debut with Chasing Grace at the SXSW TV & Film Festival. Her first feature, A Christmas in New Hope, will be released in 2024. Barnett is in development on the TV series, The Tomorrow Children, based on her short film and book series, Slum Angel. Her feature, Texas Cult House premiered at the Austin Film Festival October 2024, Barnett's next script (Texas Cult House-1989)  from her Texas Cult House anthology was awarded  "Second Rounder" at AFF2024.  She launched Rolling Reels Productions in 2023 with Mindy Raymond with a focus on genre films that highlight stories of marginalized communities.

MINDY RAYMOND

(Producer) 

Mindy is a multi-talented professional in the entertainment industry with a diverse range of roles. Her career includes serving as the Co-founder of The Shine Company, a consultancy dedicated to media infrastructure development and the intersection of film tourism. She also serves as a producer with Rolling Reels Productions, alongside Julia Bartnett, which creates genre films that highlight stories of marginalized communities. Mindy is the Chair of the Advisory Board for Women in Film & Television Austin Chapter. Her unique talent and ability to connect people make her a valuable asset in Texas filmmaking and beyond.
